The agreement between AI Scholar Coach and the parents who use it, in plain English.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use aischolarcoach.com. AI Scholar Coach is run by [owner to confirm business name and ABN]. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Accounts

  • Accounts are held by a parent or carer aged 18 or over. You verify your email address once.
  • Learner accounts are for children and only open after you approve them by email. You are responsible for how your children use their accounts.
  • Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

What AI Scholar Coach is — and is not

  • It is independent practice. It is not affiliated with the NSW Department of Education, ACER, Edutest or Academic Assessment Services.
  • Skills Map results, comparisons and progress are practice results, not an official rank or placement prediction.
  • We cannot promise any test result, placement or scholarship offer.
  • AI tutor answers and AI feedback on writing are practice guidance and can be wrong. They need a parent’s consent before your child can use them.
  • Test dates and formats are set by the test providers and schools. Our guides link to their sources; always confirm with them.

Plans and prices

Every price is the total you pay in Australian dollars; any GST is included and is never added at checkout.

  • Free — A$0, no card needed, no end date: the Skills Map diagnostic and report, a parent view of the Skills Map, limited practice sessions each week, and times tables and number facts.
  • Season Pass — A$299, or the Founding Families price of A$199 for the first 200 families or until 30 November 2026, whichever comes first; one payment for one learner, covering everything until 31 May 2027. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
  • Monthly — A$39 per month for one learner, cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; access continues to the end of the month already paid. [Owner to confirm.]
  • Sibling Pass — A$99 for each additional learner, attached to a Season Pass and ending when it ends.

Checkout is not open yet. No payment is taken until it opens, and these terms will be finalised before then.

Founding Families offer

  • The Founding Families price is A$199 for a Season Pass, for the first 200 families or until 30 November 2026, whichever comes first.
  • The 200 places are used in the order Founding Season Passes are bought. A refunded purchase does not reopen a place.
  • Founding purchases close at 11:59 pm Sydney time on 30 November 2026, or 14 days after Founding checkout opens if that is later. A purchase after 30 November 2026 needs a parent account whose email was verified by 30 November 2026.
  • One Founding price per family, for one learner’s first Season Pass. Sibling Passes are A$99.

Give A$30, get A$30 referrals

  • Each verified parent has a personal referral link.
  • A new family who registers through your link and verifies its email gets A$30 off its first Pass (a Season Pass, including at the Founding price, or a Sibling Pass). The Monthly plan is not a Pass.
  • You earn A$30 credit when that family buys its first Pass and the purchase is not refunded. Credit is used automatically on your next Sibling Pass or next season’s pass.
  • Credit with nothing to apply to by 31 May 2027 is refunded, up to the amount you paid us for the 2026–27 season; anything above that carries to next season.
  • Referrals are recorded now and credited when checkout opens. You cannot refer yourself or your own household, and credits cannot be exchanged for cash except as described above.

Refunds

Refund terms: [owner and legal adviser to confirm before checkout opens]. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies if the service has a major failure.

Using the service fairly

  • Use AI Scholar Coach for your family’s own practice. Do not copy, resell or publish our questions and lessons.
  • Do not try to access other people’s accounts or interfere with the service.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell the parent why.

Emails

We send the account emails you need. Marketing emails go to verified parents only and each has an unsubscribe link. See the privacy policy.

Changes and contact
